Friendships

Have you every thought how God has brought people into your life as friends? I am always amazed how God has blessed us with friends in surprising ways. In America we have had long time friends whom we met at church, through work, through our extended family, and our children, etc. Here in Romania we have friendships with our colleagues, teachers as BCA, church friends, through language lessons, young men and women that we came to know when they were our translators, through Bible study, then God has continued to add to that friends that we came to know through others. Chris and Rebecca are English/Swedish who came here to work as English teachers. They obtained our name from colleagues in another country where they used to live two years ago. We have enjoyed getting to know them. Last fall they were blessed with a little girl in their family, Mirela. She is precious. She is six months old now. We had supper with them on May 4th since they were fixing to have a busy travel schedule during the next month.
